Windows 10: I need to talk to a live agent I am in Switzerland and speak French I also speak English

Why does Microsoft insult French speaking Swiss people by sending them messages in German?

Microsoft are guilty of gross cultural insensitivity by insisting on sending messages in German to everyone whose account is registered in Switzerland. For the record:

• There are four official languages in Switzerland; French, Italian, Romansh. In addition the official language of the Swiss Armed Forces is English.
• By law all transactions in Switzerland should be done in all four official languages.
• Most French speaking people struggle with speaking German and vice -versa. Furthermore insisting on the use of German is insulting to the millions of French speaking people in Switzerland.

Why cannot messages (including SMS) be send in the language preference set by the account holder? I suspect Switzerland is not the only country with such problems.

 

Can Cortana Speak in English but with a French accent?

I've got her speaking French.

I've got her speaking English.

But trying to get her to speak in English with a French accent I've been struggling to do? Is it possible?

I have it working with Alexa, I have it working with Google, I have it working with Home Assistant, but will it work with Cortana?

Microsoft Store in french

Hello,

I'm living in the swiss german speaking part of Switzerland and I use english as my Windows language. But my Microsoft Store app is always in french. Is there a possibility to change the Microsoft Store language to english/german/italian? I don't speak french
so that's a bit of a problem.
