Windows 10: I NEED TO TALK TO A REP

I NEED TO DELETE A WORK ACCOUNT THAT HAS TAKEN OVER ADMIN RIGHTS TO CERTAIN APPS AND I DON'T WORK THER ANY MORE. basically, I WANT TO KILL WIN11 AN START OVER. I HAVE TRIED RESTORE DISKS AND EVERY OPTION DESCRIBED BUT I CAN'T GET RID OF THE PROFILE AND IT AS LOCKED ME OUT OF MY MAIN MICROSOFT ACCOUNT THAT I HAVE HAD FOR MANY YEARS WITH NO EXPLANATION. ABOUT TO GO LINUX.PLEASE RESPOND.

cortana won`t talk to me

• Check and verify if Cortana is activated?
• Does Cortana search and gives any output/result on screen?
• Is the Language and region settings set to valid value?
• Check and verify if Cortana available in your region?

Method 1:

I suggest you to try to turn Cortana off and then try turning it on back and check if she talks. Refer to the steps below to turn Off and On Cortana:

• Open Cortana.
• Click the hamburger button in the top left of the window.
• Go to Settings and click on off.
• Follow the same steps to turn it on.
• Check if issue persists.

Cortana doesn't talk

Cortana will not talk to me, I contacted hp and the Tec rep and he had no luck getting her to talk

I can't find any evidence that it was downloaded or installed on my PC. How can I talk to a support rep re this problem as I am very unhappy.

Talk to a rep (who draws a salary) about a free upgrade? Not very likely . . .
