    I need to talk to an agent because I need to change my Number to change my password and all it does is keeps sending stuff to the number that I don't have access to anymore, I NEED to have this log in stuff for my college classes that start in less than a week.

    I have two questions:

    How to talk to an actual person ?

    The support sends you to a chatbot , which sends me to what I assume is the techhelpdesk from india(?). They couldn't help me, the connection was horrible, he didn't speak clearly and was quite agitated when I asked if he could repeat a sentence. I just want
    to talk/chat to a person that can help me with my original query:

    How to change your user name in your laptop ?

    I got a new laptop and set up everything nicely, but for some weird reason the first 5 digits of my phone number were used as my user name. I want to actually use my user name. I've tried to change it in control panel (a solution on the web) (Control Panel\User
    Accounts\User Accounts) but the option "change name" was not present (maybe because I'm the administrator of the laptop?).

    Could anyone help me with either of these questions?
