Windows 10: I need to type in admin password to troubleshoot my keyboard, but key doesn't work

I use a Windows Ten 64-bit G7-7588 laptop. I've been having issues with all keys on the far left of my keyboard: q, a, z, tab, tilde/grave accent, and escape. It's posed quite the issue, and I've tried countless solutions although I am willing to try again. Primarily, at the moment, I'm trying to troubleshoot my keyboard to find out how to solve this issue, but I can't troubleshoot without typing in a key I can't type nor copy/paste for the admin password. Help, please?

• Have you tried typing the password with On-Screen keyboard?

I would suggest you to try the following steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: On-Screen Keyboard

You may use the accessibility options to pop open a on-screen keyboard and type the password from there to make sure you are typing the correct password.

If you see your email address listed there, it must be a Microsoft account. You will be able to reset the password and log in if your PC is connected to internet.

keyboard doesn' t working, it doesn't popup on my nokia lumia 735 after I took windows 10, 10586 version. Please, help!!!
