Windows 10: I need to update windows 10 to 2004 update

I have an old version of windows 10 that i installed from a DVD windows is activated when It updates, it updates directly to the windows 20H2 update i have an old laptop with a dead graphics card, when its driver is updated the screen goes black after windows installs the update the screen turns black and the only way to get windows back is to uninstall the lastest update whish is 20h2 that means the 20h2 update messes with my graphics card driver resulting in a black screen therefore I want to update to only windows version 2004 which i know works on my pc. I can use the pc with the integrated graphics card.

In a nutshell: i need to know how to update windows 10 from a old version to the 2004 version without updating to 20h2 update.

Well just noticed a pretty large one pop up coming in at 914MB, seems it makes some pretty serous updates.

Microsoft to make Windows 10 updates mandatory

Well, at the moment at least, you can choose to defer upgrades. Under Settings > Windows Updates > Advanced options you need to check the box labeled "Defer upgrades". What does that do? Good question. The answer I've found might illuminate it to a degree.

I hear this only applies to Pro and Enterprise editions. But I can't verify that.

For example it doesn't have support for the modern CPUs , mine has 6 cores and doesn't list all the temperatures. It also may need to be updated for Windows 10 Fall creator's update.
