    I never signed up for Microsoft 365 and got charged $141.17 for this service. How do I get a refund and cancel the subscription?

    Microsoft 365 Family Refunded

    Hi, I recently got charged for the Microsoft 365 Family which I don't want to. I really want to get a refund. I clicked on cancel subscription and it shows that: We can't cancel your subscription cuz I ve already paid for it. So if anyone know how can
    I cancel I get a refund, it would be very appreciated. Thank you

    Cancel MS 365 subscription and request for a refund

    Hi Term,

    I no longer need the Microsoft 365 subscription and I want to cancel it. I couldn't cancel the subscription from my end . Also, Today I could see two pending transactions of £79.99 in my bank statements for Microsoft subscription. Could you please cancel the subscription and refund the amount.
