Windows 10: I never signed up for Wallet -

Discus and support I never signed up for Wallet - in User Accounts and Family Safety to solve the problem; I never signed up for Wallet - I was shocked to see my credit card information there.     Unknown Microsoft Wallets?

    Been researching this lightly for the last few weeks. Still have not found the exact cause or how to remove the wallets. Still open to suggestions.

    I have Purchased New Lumia 1020 in Store, Whn Demonstration is given by Store Person, That time he put a Wallet Password, and he not tell me and I also not asked him due to knowledge, Now after one month using a Phone I have require to purchase some app
    that time phone asked a wallet password, so how can i know or change wallet password.. I have lot of data, contact is stored in mobile, if I do restart, what about contact details photos, and SMS.. So suggest me step wise detail how I can reset.
