  2. Windows One of the most fastest operating systems ever

Did the Upgrade to Windows 10 complete? What is the screen you are seeing when you try to Sign in exactly? Have you been able to sign in to use the PC at all?

Please work through the Windows 10 Install Integrity Checklist
to make sure the install is set up correctly, optimized for best performance, and any needed repairs are done.

If any steps cannot be performed then try whichever method works here to access
Advanced Startup Options in Windows 10 and then
Startup Settings to get into Safe Mode with Networking which may work better, or from the Advanced Troubleshooting
Options use the Command Prompt at boot to run
    Repair Commands in the
    Checklist.

If you’ll report back as you go, we may have other steps that are indicated. We will help you complete them all.

Remember however that the Upgrade and/or Factory installs are inferior installs which most tech enthusiasts would never run in the first place. By comparison, no one who has done the vastly superior
    Clean Install Windows 10
has had a single complaint while the Upgrade and Factory installs have a problem posted here every few minutes.

I noticed in some operating systems an option of iopriority...

I don't see io priority anywhere in Task Manager, only "Set priority" and "Set affinity" when you right-click a process on the Details tab. Not even SysInternals offers io priority access to processes, as I just confirmed for myself by cruising the UI and help files for that application. The only tool I can find that offers explicit control over io priority is Bitsum Process Lasso, a program that comes in both freeware and commercial (Pro) versions.
Can you please tell me where you found this in Task Manager? Love to find my way there...

It was in older systems like vista and maybe 7 but i figured the iopriority is something that can still be done but i was just wondering if theres a specific part in the system that it was for

All documentation regarding IO priority I have found is quite technical and often intended for programmers.. There are utilities that can change this but unless you really understand what you are doing it is best left alone.

IO priority was introduced in Vista and is found in all later systems.
