Windows 10: I notification of hackers on my computer from Only Fans website and now on my phone does...

I logging in to Only Fan web site to support a friend that was launching a site and found out that my computer got hacked and now my phones keeps trying to load only fan stuff i I havent updated to Windows 111 and some say to upgrade the Window 11 to get rid of hacker and viruses

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

Your list confirms my phone is eligible, Lumia 521. The windows Insider App fails after ~ 15 seconds, restores data and gives me error 80073cf9. I trouble shot this and went thru all the steps mentioned on several websites including MS without any luck. Short of a hard reset, this is where I am now. Suggestions appreciated.
