    I have a Windows 10 laptop. I wanna copy a file from my computer to a 3.96 GB PD. But when I try to do so, A message box appears with a message, "An unexpected error is keeping you from copying the file. If you continue to receive this error, you can use
    the error code to search for help with this problem .

    Error 0x8007045D: The request couldn't be performed because of an I/O device error."

    What can I do?
