Windows 10: I-O device error LSI 2308 Mustang on WIN10 on Dell R640

Hi All,Have a Dell R640 with WIN10 on it all drivers installed… wanted to add a DELL S140 JBOD connected through SFF-8088 to SFF-8088 cable into a LSI SAS2 2308 mustang it mode…. It does show all 25 Sas drives but it fails to initiate them!

H220 6Gbps SAS PCI-E 3.0 HBA LSI 9207-8i P20 IT Mode It came pre-flashed when I bought it. I have used it for 6 years, on multiple different computers. - - - Updated - - - Tuneup.log - Google Drive Tune Up Plus Log System restore created Bios updated Haven't contacted Broadcom yet, nor explored updating bios/drivers on HBA...will do that next.

• Restart your computer and check if the issue persists.
