    Open Start > Settings > Personalizations > Lock Screen

    Click in the Background list box

    Choose Picture

    Choose Browse

    Browse your hard disk then choose another picture.

    If you want to change your profile picture, open the Start button at the bottom left corner > Settings > Accounts > Your info > Browse for one

    Browse your hard disk then choose a profile picture.

    If you are referring to the Lock Screen.

    Open Start > Settings > Personalization > Lock Screen

    Click in the Background list box

    Click Picture

    Click Browse below 'Choose your picure'

    Browse your hard disk then choose a picture.
