Windows 10: I opened a case asked for a 700 pound refund which was jncorrectly charged to my account.

I needntk be able to speak with somebody. What is this non existent customer service. U have take. Over 700 pounds from me. I can't pay me bills or my rent. I don't have money to eat. I am in tears. You have not refunded me my koney still and uiu dint even have a phone.line. 07494421822

How do I get a refund for $ 499 charge for a support case that I did not use?

Cannot find a telephone number or web prtal for refund.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

 

Refund for unauthorized purchase - Developer does not refund but recommends to dispute the charge

I realized I was charged without my authorization by an in-app purchase. I contacted the developer, finally today they replied me but they just recommended to dispute the charge with the bank. I do not understand very well why they don't just refund me
and prefer the bank contact them. Any idea? By the way, given what they said, my next step is to call my bank and dispute this charge. Any suggestion is very welcomed!
