Windows 10: i opened my computer when i woke up and now my windows user is taking up 50-60% of my cpu

So today i woke up and got on my computer like normal, And i opened tf2 because i was bored. Then it was REALLY slow, Like REALLY slow. So i just watched youtube and a few hours ago i was on steam just browsing and it was insanely slow so i just put my computer down and played COD modern warfare on my xbox. Then a few minutes ago my sister wanted me to play roblox with her so i did. but it was slower than tf2 and tf2 is bigger and uses more ram. So i opened task manager and it said 90% cpu and i was so confused because i couldn't find what was using it all, so i checked users and my account was there and it said it was using 60% cpu. And now i have just about had it with this so im gonna post this restart my pc and if its still there ill find whatever i Can to help so i can play with the boys because its saturday and i cant play tf2 with them. So if you can help please tell me.

Groove Music taking 50-60% of CPU in task manager


As the title says, while playing music the Groove Music in task manager is taking up 50-60% of my CPU. I doubt it is supposed to be this much does anyone have any suggestions?

WMI Provider host taking up 60% CPU, computer almost unusable

I got following somewhere, which solved this issue on a friend's machine.

Event Viewer > View menu > Show Analytic and Debug Logs




Open the main Applications and Service Logs and drill down to:
Microsoft > Windows > WMI-Activity > Operational




Look for red-marked "Error" entries. Click on one, and note the ClientProcessID number—see screenshot above, where number = 19204.

Now open Task Manager > Details tab and look for the number, eg 19204.
If you don't see it, check the Services tab.
Whatever program/app is associated with the number may be your problem. I say "may" because some errors may not be serious. Probably best to make a list of apps associated with Errors, and then disable or uninstall the service or app one-by-one until you find the culprit.

You could also post the list here, and someone may recognize a frequently troublesome app.
