Windows 10: i own a computer i purchased from walmart 3 months ago the screen is black and it wont turn...

I purchased a computer 3 months ago and the screen turned off and i tried to charge it but it wont turn on. What can I do?

When I turn on my new used computer I just got from Walmart today, I have a blacked-out screen. I purchased the remote set up and it went through all of the steps everything seemed fine and I turned off the computer, turnmed it on a few hours later, and the screen was black but I was able to access the control panel and this microsoft online

 

Screen turns black, system "hybernating"

Turned it on - after almost an entire day without touching it - and worked for 3 hours before the same screen black, system hibernating happened again.

Checked the temperature throughout and the cores registered at max 56 and 50.

Suggestions?
