Windows 10: I own a game but I can't launch it. It only says that they offer in app purchases.

I tried to get an game called Roblox. It says I owned it, but I can't launch it, and it only says "offers in app purchases". I've also tried to reset Microsoft store. Nothing worked. How do you fix this?

Previously purchased Scrabble Game

Let's try to isolate the issue so that we could find your Scrabble game. Normally, the game should automatically be downloaded to your computer after purchasing it. Can you tell us if the game app appear in the
Desktop window? Also, can you check if it also shows up on the list of apps from
Start?

In the meantime, we suggest that you open Windows Store app on your computer, and go to
My Library. From there, please check if the game shows up and if you can be able to launch it from there.

download seemed fine, however cannot launch app

I purchased Bejeweled 2 (credit card charged, shows up on PC under purchase history) from Marketplace app on my phone (Omnia II Mobile 6.5)

I successfully purchased free apps prior to making this purchase.

On my phone Bejeweled shows up in Marketplace "rate an app" list, "remove an app" list but not "launch an app" list.

I've removed and reinstalled, no change. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
