Windows 10: I own this laptop and all of a sudden it wants admin access for a bunch of stuff?

Discus and support I own this laptop and all of a sudden it wants admin access for a bunch of stuff? in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; It gives me the usual "Do you want to allow this app to make changes" popup and it wants me to enter a password and username, but there is no "yes"...     I own this laptop and all of a sudden it wants admin access for a bunch of stuff?


    It gives me the usual "Do you want to allow this app to make changes" popup and it wants me to enter a password and username, but there is no "yes" button just "no" A: why do i need admin access all of a sudden and not always, B: wheres a : thanks in advanced

    admin password?

    You can reset the Admin Password using Windows XP repair; See Here for step by step.

    LAPTOP is not accessible ..... Access is denied.

    I am trying to share a folder on a LAPTOP. I have other a number of other systems that have folders Shared and they work fine, but with this one I get the error "LAPTOP is not accessible ..... Access is denied." when I try to access it from a different Win10 system. So I went thru the entire "How to Share Files and Folders Over a Network in Windows 10" tutorial step by step. File and Print Sharing is enabled, SMB1.0 client & server are running, and Everyone has Full Access to the Share. Still get the error. I have tried it with the Network Public and Private, with the same result. Any suggestions ? Microsoft Windows 10 Home Version 10.0.19042 Build 19042

    okay so i got a bunch of stuff laying around that ima sell pretty cheap just to get rid of it!

    (only accepting paypal

    Ipod 4G 20gig (with usb cord and wall plug) in good condition (surface scratchs mainly) with new logic board installed and battery, the only thing that needs to be replaced is the HDD

    Asking price- 50 bucks (or make best offer through PM)


    Ipod mini (lime green 4g)     - everything but a hard drive working logic board all you need is a micro drive (or compact flash card)

    asking price - 30 bucks

    HP pavilon zt1000 laptop motherboard (tested working)

    asking price- 25 bucks (with 256mb ram installed on it and a pentium 4 chip in it)


    i will be adding more to this list of stuff when i get to work tomorrow!!
