    I paid £29.48 for an App which didn't have a programme to install.


    IYesterday I paid £28. 49 for an IAP for the Shine Phone app to go on my Laptop. What I got was a load of gobbldegook and nothing that remotely resembled something which could be installed.I tried several times with no luck. Is there anything I can do?

    Hi,

    Thanks for your help but... it didn`t work, I get the same error...

    I would like to try some more solutions before reinstalling the Windows, so if you can assist me a little bite more... I paid £29.48 for an App which didn't have a programme to install. :)... it would be highly appreciated.

    Notification didn´t appear

    Windows 10 has ben released for 1 day and a half,and I didn´t get the notification for installing.I reserved it.Can anyone help me?

    PS I am running Windows 7 and it´s up to date.

    Marketplace thinks app is installed, when it isn't (and so I cannot re-install)

    Hi Beatriz, and thankyou for your response. Actually, it does not answer the problem, unfortunately.



    I cannot follow the step you suggest ('uninstall the free trial') because the app (neither the free trial nor the paid app) does not appear on my application list.



    If I search for the app on marketplace, it won't let me install it (free trial or paid app) because it says that it is already installed. But because it does not show up on my app list, I cannot uninstall it.



    It looks like the only answer is a hard reset and restore to factory settings. This is not a good answer really!



    Thanks for the suggestion though.
