I had a case about a year ago where my C drive 250 MB ssd was running out of space. I paid for a service call. The matter was resolved. It was a Microsoft issue and they refunded my money. less than a week ago, after an update, I noticed that the users directory that was moved to D to return the space to C had been moved back to the C drive. Also I had rogue log files again. 1 I paid $499.00 for Microsoft tech support to help on one incident. It's been 47 hours and there's no call, no e-mail no nothing. $499 support never delivered

Purchased a single support for $499 and have received zero correspondence. I'd like to find a way to talk with someone or get a refund. Microsoft makes it virtually impossible for me to get help for something I paid for.

 

Microsoft support for business buy single incident

I'm trying to buy support for a single incident for Microsoft support for business. I can select my country from the list of countries where I want to receive support. However, when I go to put in payment information, it won't let me change the country for
the credit card billing address from the United States.

How can I purchase an incident without a US credit card?

Tech Support Scammers

I have paid money three times over the past two years to outfits that claim to be Microsoft tech support. I allow them to remotely access my computer to do their thing. I was finally told that any tech support you get after 6:00 pm is not Microsoft and
these scammers are able to use the phone number that belongs to Microsoft after hours to look legitimate. They are all from a foreign country, as their English is very broken. Now, they are calling me to tell me they are going out of business and want to
issue me a refund. I just tell them to go jump off a cliff, but they keep calling. How can I be sure they are not still remotely connected to my desktop computer with Windows 10?
