Windows 10: I paid for for Microsoft 2 X, now I cant get into my lap top at home. £179.

I paid to have £179 twice . first at Currys then by McAfee 12/3/222. My account is locked and i cant get into my internet at home. How do i contact Microsoft about this?

Method 1: Hardware Troubleshoot

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Sound. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Audio

Refer these steps:

  Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons

Dell lap top problem

The Dell lap top starts up and then after a minute shuts off. It told me to go to this site "recoverykey.faq. what is my next step to correct this problem?
