    I paid for the one year subscription for Jigsaw in November of 2015, and now it's telling me my subscription has expired.

    I paid for the one year subscription for Jigsaw in November of 2015, and now it's telling me my subscription has expired. This is only the next month, December 15. What gives? Trying to find any support is next to impossible. Any suggestions?

    I have paid for Premium subscription to my Microsoft Solitaire Collection. It has been charged to my Pay Pal account, but I am still getting notices that it has expired and I am not receiving the benefits. Any idea how to fix it?

    I was charged for my yearly subscription, yet I have received no Product Key, what gives?

    On Oct 10th, I was charged $75.76 for a yearly Subscription, yet I have received no Product Key and my Microsoft Word keeps asking for one. I can't get a human being on your Help line, please advise. I NEED to be able to use my Microsoft Office in order to keep track of my bills.
