Windows 10: I physically cant run a game but i can run discord, chrome, spotify completely fine

So i dont know what happened. My pc is good for playing games but for some reason when i restarted it, i cant run any game. It takes up 70-95% of my CPU. I cant even run roblox for gods sake. Also, on task manager my gpu is not showing up AT ALL. what the heck is happening. everything that isnt an app runs perfectly fine and using as much cpu as they were before i restarted my pc

BSOD Whea_Uncorrectable_Error while running Discord and Google Chrome

Hey, I could use some help.

Background Story.
I have this error for quite long now, it has slowly become worse over time. I remember like 1-2 years maybe 3 years ago, I started to get this error when I played counter strike global offensive. I tried to fix back then, but not really with any success and I also lost the desire to play the game. This error didn't occur in nothing else in that time. Time moved on…

12 month or more from today, (it’s hard to remember precise time, hope it's okay) the error came back when I used Google Chrome. Eventually it just became more often and lest time spend on google chrome before the error occurred. I realised that the error would almost stop, if I lead a game run, while browsing, watching youtube, checking mail for longer period of time. If I stopped “playing””running” the game it would usually crash after a smaller period of time 1-8 min. I tried somethings but not much to fix it, I just moved on. 3 months later things got worse, I usually use discord when I play with friends, but the error started to occur too, when I join a call, both privately and in servers.

My problem short summary.
Can’t join calls in general on discord or browse google chrome without the pc getting a BSOD Whea_Uncorrectable_Error. The error usually happens within 0-3 min on Discord. Google chrome still crashed heavily, even tho it maybe last longer before they error occur, 15 min max, but average time is prop 0-8 min. Sometimes both things just almost instant triggers the error. Just to make it clear, the computer runs internet explore fine and heavy games like Ark Survival Evolved...

I Tried.
Updated all drivers (Used Driver easy, purchased the automatic version)
Updated Windows
Scanned for driver errors in Cmd and maybe others not sure ( I am not really a expert, followed some youtube videos)
Scanned a crash report file in a program, which says it was hardware mistake, couldn’t tell much more (Forgot the specific file type names, but something windows saves after a crash, forgot the program name, thinks it’s a pretty common to be fair)
Factory Reset it (Complete empty / reset)
Replaced my ram (See if that worked, didn’t help)
Replaced my 1xHard Drive
Replaced my 1x SCD Drive.
I moved Windows from my old SCD drive to the new I replaced and Again did a Factory reset.

I kinda given up now, until I make my next step. I don’t what the next step should be. Maybe it’s a software error even tho I think most Whea_Uncorrectable_Error are hardware errors (might be wrong). Maybe there are some heavy test I can run ( don’t really know any test or what to go for, kinda noob in that area) Thanks a lot for reading this. All helped would be nice and considered. Update/ comment I added pc spec to my profile think it's all there otherwise let me know. I tried to attach some dump files, because I think it's needed, but it's says need administrator permission. I will remove this part once it's figured out.

 

BSOD Whea_Uncorrectable_Error while running Discord and Google Chrome

I tried could find it either. I don't know what this mean. Does it mean it's not officially tested with this ram and therefore might not work perfect or optimal, but have I high chance of working. Can it determine errors like this? and if so should I just try to get new QVL ram with this motherboard?

Update / results of Ztruckers' suggestion! Cpu problem? or something….

• Overclocking ✅passed (My dad and I build this pc custom made, we did not apply any overclocking (idk if can automatic overclock without given permission, haven’t checked if it’s overclocked))

• Fans Running✅ passed (I checked all Fans they are all running.

• Diagnostics windows memory test ✅passed (No errors, no saved report)

• Temps HWMonitor. ✅passed (or ⛔failed not sure) Note: While I took these screenshots I only ran som internet explorer, no programs. (I think it’s looking okay I am not sure, let me know if you temps of others things)

Intel Processor Diagnostic ⛔ failed, ✅ passed and ✅passed again (First time I ran the test, it made to around CPU load maybe started CPUFreq and then it BSOD with Whea_uncorrect_Error, I did not run discord or google chrome. Second time it passed everything. The only difference I did between those runs was I had some internet explorers open in first run and in the second I only had HWMonitor just to look at while it was doing its thing. Third attempt it passed again, I only ran the program itself and nothing else. Let me know if I should test more.

Idk if this is a CPU problem or it's driver that causes some hardware to fail, or Ram that is not QVL with Motherboard or something else…. Let me know if you have any suggestions!

Discord won't run

I was installed Discord on PC a while ago, and it's working fine. But 2 months ago, when it had an udate version, I download it. But it just... doesn't run. It keep said connecting. After that, I reset browser to see if it works but it doesn't. It just
running Discord icon and said update. After a few seconds, it said "starting". But it just like that. It had been 2 months now and is just scared me. I can't even use Discord in Google or any other browsers. I try to fix it but it doesn't work. I thought that
it was because of my internet connection but when I borrow my sister laptop ( same as me, I'm using a Window 10 ) it still runs fine. I even uninstalled it but I can't download it because I can't open the main Discord web, it said that my connection is not
private ( that's why I was worried that it's because my internet connection ) Please help me ;-;
