  2. Headphones and Speakers are playing at the same time

    Hi,

Thank you for posting the query on Microsoft Community.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check, if it helps:

    Method 1: Hardware Troubleshoot

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Sound. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Audio.

    Refer these steps:

    • Press Windows key +X, select Control panel
    • Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
    • Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
    • Run the playing Audio troubleshooter

Method 2: I suggest you to update drivers and check if that helps. If that issue persist please uninstall and reinstall latest drivers available in manufacturer website in compatibility
mode. Both Display driver and Audio drivers.

    • Press “Windows + X” and select Device manger.
    • Select Sound, game controllers and expand the driver icon.
    • Right click on the driver icon and click on Update.
    • Follow the onscreen instructions to update the driver.

Hope this helps. If the issue remains unresolved, please get back to us and we would be happy to help

  3. Crashing and Blue Screen while playing WoW.

    Hi Jennifer,

There are different factors that we have to take into consideration on why you are having issues accessing your World of Warcraft game. This is usually a driver or hardware issue. Let's gather the following information so we can gain a better grasp of your
    case:

    • Is this happening on a specific game only?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far? This is for us to avoid the same steps you've done before.
    • Are there any error messages?

Meanwhile, we suggest that you follow the steps below which will help us in resolving your concern:

    Step 1: Clean Boot.

It will start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and start up programs. It will also eliminate software conflicts that could occur when you install a program, an update, or when you run a program in Windows. Please see this
    link for the steps.

Step 2: Run the Program Compatibility Troubleshooter.

Here's the link for the steps.

Step 3: File Signature Verification Tool

This tool help maintain the integrity of your Windows operating system by checking if there are any unsigned drivers in your operating system.

    1. Press Windows key + R to open the run command.

    2. Type sigverif.exe and press Enter

    3. Check if you see a list of unsigned drivers.

Step 4: Update Drivers on Windows 10.

    • Select the Start button. Type Device Manager, and select it from the list of results.
    • Expand one of the categories to find the name of your device, then right-click (or tap and hold) it, and select Update Driver.
    • For graphics cards, expand the Display adapters category, right-click your graphics card and select Update Driver.
    • Select Search automatically for updated driver software.
    • If Windows doesn't find a new driver, you can try looking for one on the device manufacturer's website and follow their instructions.

Let us know how it goes after performing the aforementioned solutions. We'd be glad to further assist you.

    Want To Play WoW Again

Insecurity about playing WOW really shows there. I was bashing no one. I was warning about what it can do to people. You are a gleaming example.
