Windows 10: I purchased a computer from someone whom did not remove any of her personal information. I

I have been trying to figure this mess by myself, and I am way past the point of frustration without any help support. First all, I have many issues that I need to address and I am wondering why there isn 't any compassion support to help us through this. We pay for your products, and we don't get any free services,,. My time is valuable also, not to mention that I actually have things to do that I need to complete, rather than spending hours for days waiting for MIcrosoft. Remove Properties and Personal Information Issues

Hi,

So, this is really bugging me, I downloaded an album that I have purchased, when I got the files there was no in file details when looking at the properties of each file.

I have complained to the company I purchased the album from.

I click on a song, I open the properties and see no data, I can't edit any of the fields, but there is an option that states "Remove Properties and Personal Information".

I select this and get a new dialog box stating "Some of these properties might contain personal information"

There is a non-useful MS link that provides no insight.

Options are and we will start with the first:

1. Create a copy with all properties removed, I did this, and all properties were the same, so not removed.
   
2. Remove the following properties from this file, I did this, and no properties were removed.
   

I have been looking at YT vids but their all from many months or years past and most post state it does not work.
