Windows 10: I purchased a Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic keyboard and cannot connect it

I purchased a Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic keyboard and cannot connect it to my computer. I only found out now that I need additional hardware to pair it. Shame on Microsoft for not making this clear and for selling a keyboard without the device needed to connect it. I feel duped.

• What is the version of Windows installed?
  

I suggest you to get in touch with the Microsoft Hardware
Support to know about the replacement criteria. Meanwhile, you may also go through the
Warranty Limit Manual given under Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop.

Bluetooth Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard

Is anyone aware if Microsoft is considering releasing bluetooth version of the Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard (or Desktop)?

In my opinion, it would be a great step forward for this great product.

1. Are you aware of any changes made to the PC?
   
2. Which build version of Windows 10 are you using currently?
   
3. Does the issue occurs while using a specific application or all the applications?
   
4. Is the trans-receiver for the keyboard connected properly to the PC?
   

Meanwhile, you can try re-installing the drivers and Microsoft Mouse and keyboard center for the keyboard and check if that helps. You can download the drivers from the

Microsoft website.
