I PURCHASED A second hand laptop in whch the scrolling is not working from the day i purschased in laptop of lenovo thinkpad T410 in window 7 ultimate serial number R8-6NM65 plzprovide solution

Windows won't install on second-hand laptop?

Also tried, indeed I had made the DVDs for windows that way. On my regular work PC, the DVDs work properly but as soon as I try them in my laptop... well. Then it goes hopelessly wrong. You know, I'll just keep this laptop on Linux Mint. Are we rid of the hassle with the windows DVDs, right? And at least it runs well. Although, the battery life could be a bit longer too. Only lasts an hour. Oh well, what do you want with a second-hand laptop, right? Am already happy THAT it picks up an OS. Strange, nonetheless.

the scroll is not working on the touchpad, i have an ASUS S56C laptop and I have tried all the suggested steps, installing drivers, uninstalling touchpad dirvers, updating within device manager, etc...

nothing suggested worked.

 

Second hand surface laptop

We recently purchased a brand new Microsoft Surface Laptop for work.

It is a great product, however after using it for a week found it was incompatible with our work systems and went and purchased a Microsoft Surface Pro.

We've uninstalled everything and completed a "Hard Reset" to the laptop, however it will now no longer allow us to even log into the device as we're handing it over to someone else for personal use.

The device won't even accept our currently Microsoft username.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
