Windows 10: I purchased a Windows 11 Home licence but this not receive the key

Dear all, I bought a version of windows 11 home via the online store website but I did not receive the email with the product key. So I installed my new PC by selecting the option "I don't have a key" thinking I could activate the digital license afterwards but without success. I searched in the online help and they confirm that I should have received the key by email and that it would also be listed in my order history. My purchase does appear in the order history as completed but the windows key does not appear in this order confirmation list. I thought I could activate the product onli

Where did you get your Windows 10 licence, was that pre-installed on your PC, or did you purchase a retail Windows 10 licence from Microsoft or from a 3rd party retailer?

If Windows 10 was pre-installed or you purchased Windows 10 from Microsoft, then when you re-install Windows 11, it will automatically re-activate.

During the installation process skip the steps which ask for a product key and select the option 'I am Reinstalling Windows 11 on this PC', and activation will not be an issue

Hello, i have some questions that i need to know.

1. if i keep Windows 11 more then 30 days, is it possible to remove the licence key?

2. if i keep Windows 11 less then 30 days and then remove the licence key, can it be recovered?

I dont know if i asked before but Windows 11 is something new and i wanna know!
