    I purchased an acer laptop Aspire VN7-571G-7309 with pre-loaded windows 8.1 when I was resident in Abu Dhabi. Later, system crashed. How can I get windows back.I have serial number and SNID of acer laptop.I request an early response.

    Acer laptop with windows 10 pre-installed

    I purchased a laptop with windows 10 pre-installed and it has only two drives (e.g. C and D). I like to make it in 3 drives or partition. Please provide the steps for formatting without losing my original OS windows 10.

    a: I get nothing on the health tab. I'm not sure if its due to my storage being eMMC (I had tried looking at my drive with crystaldiskinfo before and got nothing)
