Windows 10: I purchased Microsoft Windows 11 pro upgrade through the Microsoft store, if failed to install

I purchased Microsoft Windows 11 pro upgrade through the Microsoft store, if failed to install. How can I get the serial number to enter it in manually to get Windows 11 home to upgrade to windows 11 pro that I purchased. I'm just trying to get the upgrade to take place, I spent $139 to upgrade and got nothing for it, please help.

Cannot activate Win10 Pro after Microsoft Store app purchase

Hello guys, My laptop came pre-installed with Win10 Home 64bit and I recently purchased a Win 10/11 Pro licence from the Microsoft Store app. Unfortunately, having some issues activating the digital licence for Win10 Pro. Here is the situation:

• Logged into Microsoft account used for the purchase (also received the email receipt of the purchase)
• Already connected to stable internet

What I tried so far: Entering the Win10 Pro generic key: Received error 0x800700005:

Clicking Close returned another error 0xC004F034:

Clicking Troubleshoot re-activated my Win10 Home so still not on Pro. Thanks for any help. [FIXED] Win 10 Pro suddenly became Win 10 Ent from MS Store app: Jump to solution - Cannot activate Win10 Pro after Microsoft Store app purchase Sources:

Windows 11 home upgrade to Windows 11 Pro upgrade through the Microsoft store

Have you tried restarting the device after this? Check, if you see Adding features screen. If you see those screens, let them completed so that you arrive to Pro edition. Also refer this guide:

Windows 11 home upgrade to Windows 11 Pro upgrade through the Microsoft store

I purchased a new laptop with Windows 10 Home already installed. It had a free upgrade to Windows 11 Home. I installed that last night and confirmed that it was installed through the settings page. Tonight, I upgraded from Windows 11 home to Windows 11 Pro through the Microsoft store using the Microsoft instructions. I paid the upgrade and confirmed that I purchased the product, but the installation failed. I now have a message on my Activation page showing the state as not active. See screen shot below. Any suggestions?
