    I purchased Minecraft for a friend, the money got deducted from my account but he did not...


    I paid via my debit card, the money got deducted, I even got the SMS regarding the same, and immediately afterwards I got another SMS saying that my account had insufficient balance for the purchase. Simultaneously, I got a prompt on the Microsoft Store saying that the purchase failed because the bank did not authorize it. So now the money is gone but there's no product received on our end.

    Hi,

    I made an app purchase for Recorder Pro and money was deducted from my bank account. The transaction is listed on the following website: https://commerce.microsoft.com/PaymentHub/Transaction?lang=en-GB

    The purchase failed with the error - cannot contact the app store at this time.

    Can you please help?
