I purchased installed 10 discs from amazon, redeemed the code but can not see launcher. Microsoft store has one option for me, download 140 GB. Which is what i wanted to avoid becuase of poor internet network. Where can i find launcher file to download.I am an ethusiast, started with MSFS 95, then 98, then 2002, 2004 then X now want to try MSFS 2020.

Flight sim 2020 did not load after 3 days of trying different things. Couldn't get past "Please Wait". Uninstalled msfs 2020 with the intent of starting installation over. Now the install code shows "Redeemed". Is there anything I can do?

 

I can't download the launcher from via my account

Hello,

I have purchased Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 and have installed all 10 discs.

There are no instructions for doing anything else and the PC does nothing else. I have redeemed my code too so now the game shows in my account even though I purchased the disc version.

I contacted Aerosoft who told me that I now need to install the launcher for MSFS 2020 via my MS account. I have been trying for ages and cannot download the launcher. It says I have no devices suitable attached to my account. That is total rubbish as my
PC is listed on my devices list and everything is up to date. It will still not download the launcher. I am getting very fed up with this system and am banging my head on the wall because there is no one I can talk to so I can get this issue resolved.

Has anyone else had this issue and managed to get it sorted out?

Can't find the games I redeemed via codes

Hi,

To download the games that were purchased or redeemed using a prepaid code on Windows 10, kindly perform the following steps:

• Using your Microsoft account, sign in to the PC where you want to install your games.
• On the Start screen, select the Store icon.
• In the Store, select Games from the menu.
• Browse and select the game that you purchased or redeemed using a prepaid code.
  
• Select Install.
  

Make sure that you are logged in with the Microsoft Account that you used to redeem the game's prepaid code.
