Windows 10: I purchased windows 11 home about 2 days ago and still haven't received any confirmation...

I purchased Windows 11 on 15 June, 2024. It's been 2 days now and I still haven't received any confirmation email from windows. I don't have the product key either on how to activate windows. It keeps on showing me to Activate windows.Even the Email ID on which I have purchased Windows is the same as the Email I am currently using, it's not picking up the licensed version itself.Please Help

No Confirmation Email After Windows 11 Purchase

I just purchased Windows 11 Home and i want to download to a flash drive for a new pc that I have built. I didn't receive a confirmation email with a product key. How am i supposed to download it onto a flash drive ?

 

No Confirmation Email after Windows 11 Pro Purchase?

I purchased Windows 11 Pro license to use with Parallels Desktop alongside my Macbook Pro OS. I have still yet to receive my confirmation email with my product key so that I can register and it has been 3 days. I have made support requests and none of the support agents have been able to assist. Has anyone else had this issue?

Method 1: Run Hardware and Device Troubleshooter.

Run SFC Scan.  

SFC

automatic repair

  Type
  sfc /scannow
  and hit
  Enter.

for further assistance.
