Windows 10: I purchased windows 11 home when I needed windows 11 pro and I can't refund it

I purchased windows 11 home when I needed windows 11 pro and I can't refund it, there is no option on the Order history page for me, and all of the automated help points me there. It was 200 canadian I'd rather not waste.

I´m a Mac user and need to run a Window application. Found the program Parallell with possibility to run Mac OS and Windows on same computer. Downloaded Parallell with som days trial period. The program told to activate a copy of Windows 11. So I purchased Windows 11 Home from Microsoft store (I´m a single user private) and typed in the produkt key in order to activate Windows. But the product key was not accepted and an error message showed up that Parallell requires Windows 11 Pro. Ok, tried to upgrade Windows 11 Home to Windows 11 Pro but failed due to my Windows 11 Home was not properly installed. Ok, what to do. I was in "urgent" need of Windows so I purchased Windows 11 Pro. The first download was unfortunately interrupted so I started all over again and purchased a new copy of Windows 11 Pro and now at last everything working well. But, have now been charged three times Windows 11 when my need is just one copy. Now trying to find Microsoft Support in order to clear out all payments. Not that easy. Checking all possibilities on MS web site how to do for refunds, etc. Checking on my order history and follows instructions. Yet, no result, I´m stucked. Anyone knowing how to do?

 

Refund for Windows 11 Home purchased on Microsoftstore.com.cn, as it is unusable in my case, and second working Windows 11 Pro purchased.

Installed Windows 11 Pro via Parallels on MacBook M2, but wasn't able to activate Windows 11 Pro, due to constant error with Microsoft Store. My location is China, so windows store redirected to Microsoftstore.com.cn (official Microsoft Representative in China) and purchased Windows 11 online - which was Windows 11 Home edition (the only thing available on website in China, with further ability to upgrade to 11 Pro), as result hasn't been able to install Windows 11 Home edition on ARM based M2 MacBook, but later fixed the issues with not working Windows Store on already install Windows 11 Pro, and was finally able to get the upgrade package (license key) for my Windows 11 Pro ( that's already paid twice)..

Now I have working and activated Windows 11 Pro, and Windows 11 Home (China) license on hands - which I no longer need as it could not be installed on VM- which I would like to refund. Microsoft China representative said that they can't refund?

Does it mean that MicrosoftStore legal entity in China is a separate thing from international Microsoft Store ??? How to get my refund? as I don't need the piece of software I cannot install or use, as well as paying twice for one license doesn't make any sense
