Hello,I bought the Windows 11 Pro from the official Microsoft site https://www.microsoft.com/en-ph/d/windows-11-pro/dg7gmgf0d8h4 on today, in order to activate the Windows inside my Parallels. Right after purchasing, I only got the product key displayed on the website, which disappeared after clicking another link and I was not able to note it down. I didn't receive any confirmation e-mail in my Outlook with the product key in my inbox or junk emails. My order is successfully registered in my order history, but there is no product key. I would like to get assistance to get the product I purc

No Confirmation Email after Windows 11 Pro Purchase?

I purchased Windows 11 Pro license to use with Parallels Desktop alongside my Macbook Pro OS. I have still yet to receive my confirmation email with my product key so that I can register and it has been 3 days. I have made support requests and none of the support agents have been able to assist. Has anyone else had this issue?

 

No confirmation email after Windows purchase

I recently purchased Windows 11 pro through the Microsoft store and accidentally clicked away from the confirmation page which had the product key listed. Since then I've come to understand that the confirmation email is the only place to find ones product key, but I never got a confirmation email (I have been searching for it in all folders but nothing).

I've called but there seems to be no way to talk to someone and I just get routed back to online automated support, which doesn't have an answer to this problem. How do I even lodge a complaint that I cannot use the product I just bought: their site an support features are labirynthine. Anyone have any ideas?

Never got Windows 11 Pro Product Key email

I purchased the Windows 11 Pro download but I never received a confirmation email from the Microsoft store with the product activation key. I have checked the 2 email addresses registered with my Microsoft account, but can not find the any confirmation email, or activation key code email. I am able to locate the Windows 11 Pro purchase in my order history, but there is no product key information in the order history. I have called customer support several times for the microsoft store but haven't been helped.

How can I activate my windows 11 pro purchase?
