Not received Windows 11 Pro key on purchase from online MS Store.

Hi

I purchased Windows 11 Pro from Microsoft online store (India) vide Order Number# 3775904695 on 25.05.2024. Before purchase, I confirmed from customer support and they informed me that I will receive my windows 11 pro product key in the order email from Microsoft. However, there was no product key in the order email I received and till now no further email from Microsoft store regarding product key received.

Please help?

If you purchased the license key directly from the Microsoft Store, I'm sorry, but you will not receive any emails with the product key as it is linked to the Microsoft account used for the purchase.

For example, if you purchase a Windows 11 Pro license key, you can automatically activate Windows 11 Pro on your computer after logging in with the account used for the purchase.

I purchased Windows 11 on the Microsoft Store and I was supposed to receive a product key in an email. The order is marked "completed" in my order history and I have the order number but have not received an email. I have checked my inbox and junk/spam email folders. When I purchased Windows 11 previously I received the key within minutes.
