    I put in the product key tide to my pc, but it doesn't work. What can I do?


    It's actually an 8.1, I think. Bought it second hand and the previous owner had already updated to windows 10. They left it cluttered, and I am not great with a computer. I think I wiped it all the way back to factory settings. I have updated to windows 10, but have a watermark telling me to install my update. The product key that is actually attached to the pc doesn't work...I don't know what else to do
