Was it a virus?... in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; Btw I couldnt close the files. Did a virus check nothing and DISM image restore and found nothing wrong....     Btw I couldnt close the files. Did a virus check nothing and DISM image restore and found nothing wrong.

    I'd like to know more about your concern. What are you trying to perform that the text file to open? When did the issue start to happen? Have you made any changes to your computer prior to the issue?

    • Have you checked if the hard disk is set as first boot device in the BIOS?
    • Which version of Windows is installed on the computer?
    • What did the HP supported suggested you to fix the issue?
