I'm trying to uninstall left over Val stuff ig and it stays it cannot find it after running other methods through admin but it didn't work.

RIOT Client for Windows

This is just a topic of discussion.

The Riot Client launcher seems to be pretty sneaky. I was uninstalling Valorant and found out there is no straight way to uninstall the Riot Client itself and the infamous Vangaurd anti-cheat.

How can I tell this has been completely removed from my system?

 

Zune falls silent after playing Rocket Riot?

On my LG Optimus 7, Zune reproducibly falls silent when I play Rocket Riot. Steps to reproduce:

1. Install Rocket Riot, free trial or paid version

2. Reboot phone

3. Let Zune play a piece of music: You should hear the music

4. Pause Zune

5. Press Windows key, tap XBOX LIVE and tap Rocket Riot

6. Wait for the main menu screen of Rocket Riot to appear

7. Press Windows key

8. Tap Zune

9. Resume the previously paused piece of music: No music can be heard, although the UI behaves as expected

Note that other sounds are still played (like e.g. key taps, alarms, etc). Zune will stay silent until phone is rebooted.

Can anyone reproduce this on their phone?

It sounds like I hit the bug you describe. On my phone, the music in Rocket Riot was set to silent. As soon as I restored that setting to its default, Zune started to work as expected! Thank you very much!

So my repro above needs to be amended as follows:

Step 6.5. In the Rocket Riot main menu tap Help & Options, tap Options, slide Music Volume down to zero.
