Windows 10: I randomly deleted the first 10 task manger process restarted my pc weird stuff happened...

I randomly deleted the first 10 task manger process restarted my pc weird stuff happened loading, and for some reason i cant access some apps like task manager, does anyone know how to fix this?

Task Switcher randomly gets stuck cycling windows


Good morning!

I am having an issue with the Task Switcher (see image below) activating on its own. It then begins to cycle through the open tasks very rapidly. When this happens I am unable to actually select any of the tasks, nor can I close them out. Windows is essentially frozen at this point and I have to restart.

A few things to note:

• I am running Windows 10 Pro.
• This happens randomly, sometimes weeks between an incident.
• Sometimes it happens while I am not even working at the computer. I've noticed it after returning to my desk.

Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

 

Reboot Virus Deletion?

It should as long as the boot sector is clean. But unless if that file can be kicked by using the task manger it is just the system file. See here.

csrss.exe - csrss, Ahlem.A Worm, Virus Notice!

Pretty simple way to check. Plus once it is not running you are free to delete it unless it restarts.

 

Weird process in Task Manager

It cannot be disabled from Startup. The only Realtek process enabled in the Startup tab is the one related to the "Realtek Audio Universal Service" as seen in the screenshots below. I tested disabling the service from Services and the background task swusb.exe still shows, so they are non related.
