Windows 10: i really hope Microsoft sees this. posting on every sub to increase the chance. this...

here's the screenshot.and reinstalling the whole Windows only because Microsoft store is not working?it's so disappointing tbh. felt like a scam. the funny thing is, when starting the chat, the agent says "do not provide any personal info" and continues to ask for them. i had issues with connecting to Microsoft store, i thought it would be easy for a "specialist" to solve the issue.Microsoft, if you see this, you need to do a better job. i trust you, but not these agents.

Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3 (Realtek) - No bass/sub-woofer

• Speaker Setup plays all speakers fine
• Applications do not play any bass through subwoofer (or really, at all)
• Custom built PC using Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3 motherboard onboard audio.
• Windows 10 fresh install
• Tried latest driver from Gigabyte, Realtek, and Microsoft
• Windows "default" driver does play bass through sub-woofer, but audio stutters and is quiet.

Not sure what else is relevant to mention; I've tried following various posts with suggestions to fix this, with no success. I've been at this for quite a few hours and am very frustrated.
