Windows 10: I really just need to talk to a human being about trying to get my personal accounts back...

Can someone contact me from microsoft? Trying to talk to a human is like getting blood out of a stone.

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

talk to a human about installing a program I purchase last April. Need a Human!!!!

Need a human to talk to very very frustrated. Bought this program in April of 2017 and it is still not installed on my computer. Where is is in my Microsoft account??????????????????????????????
