Windows 10: I really need help I think Iay have softlocked my pc

Hey my first time using these threads but let get straight to the point I installed windows 11 a long while back realized that windows 10 was better then decided to install windows 10 again it started working at first but I reset my pc and it entered what was is called the gray screen of death so I go in the thing where you can reset your pc and all and deleted the last quality update and now I'm getting a repeating error of your device ran into a problem with the stop code of critical_process_died I tried to reset my pc and it says an error occurred while trying to reset and that nothing was

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

 

Help with a really, really slow pc please.

hey,

I managed to follow each step in each article but it worked for some short time but when I started my daily work, the pc went back to being very slow again. What should I really do now? Can you maybe be advise me on downgrading to a much better OS that is probably suitable for this old pc. What do you think?
