Windows 10: I rebooted my computer my computer and can't enter pin.

I rebooted my computer and when it was done it said "something happened and your pin isn't available". It wanted to text me a verification code to my landlines. No other options were available. I got into my microsoft account and added my cell number but now it pops onto my desktop screen "your security info change is still pending". It said it would take 30 days so I clicked "cancel this request". Now it just sits on this screen. When I try and enter microsoft. I need my computer for work.

Can't enter PIN for Headset

I'm grateful for your replies. I obviously haven't done a good job of explaining. Here are snips of the windows involved. I have done all the steps suggested, but I can't directly enter the PIN in the larger window. That seems to be my only problem. Plantronics hasn't answered yet, but I'll hope they come through.

• From the Start menu, click Settings or the gear icon.
  
• Go to Account settings.
• Click the Sign-in options.
• Make sure that Password option is disabled or removed for you to use only the PIN without you hitting the Enter key.

ok I did the Shutdown /s /t 0 and a list came up....what next?

I did the Cmd prompt and typed: Shutdown /s /t 0 and computer did shutdown but rebooted a couple seconds later...I have done this before...still no change with my issue of computer rebooting after shutdown...
