Windows 10: I receive an error when trying to access Bitlocker recovery key via my Microsoft account

I can access my Microsoft account and see my device. However, when I click on the Manage recovery keys, I get an error. I tried the Contact Us link, but it just goes through self-help pages in circles, and there is no way to contact anyone. Please get back to me. I'm a paying Microsoft customer, and it's just ridiculous that I got locked out of my computer in the first place and that there is no way to contact anyone.

Bitlocker Recovery Key Not Accessible on Microsoft Account

I am trying to access my computer that has had an issue turning on, now when it turns on it requests the BitLocker recovery key. I'm not certain it is saved or backed up on a USD or SD card, however under Microsoft support it gives the different ways to access
the recovery key. On my Microsoft account it says "BitLocker ON (1 of 1 drives)" but the issue is when I click on the corresponding link "Get BitLocker recovery keys"
it results in the following message:

"Try a different URL
We don’t have anything to show you at this link. Try searching for what you want, instead."

Please let me know if there is another way to address this or be able to access the recovery key. I've already talked to support with three times with no helpful information. Thanks.

1. Are you not able login to your computer due to BitLocker Recovery Key?
2. Did you ever setup BitLocker Recovery Key on your computer?
3. Are you not able to login to your Microsoft Account to find the BitLocker Recovery Key?
4. Are you using Windows 10 Home or Windows 10 Professional?

Meanwhile, try finding BitLocker Recovery Key if you have ever setup BitLocker Recovery Key for your computer.

What happens when you try to access your BitLocker key? Are you receiving any errors while accessing the Bitlocker recovery key page? Open a web browser on another device and go to the Microsoft account recovery key page at https://account.microsoft.com/devices/recoverykey. Sign in with your Microsoft account and check if the recovery key is listed there.
