Windows 10: I received a email about taking money out of my bank

Discus and support I received a email about taking money out of my bank in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; Do not take money out of my account i did not authorize this and cancel anything from Microsoft i do not use it...     Bank Genie to Microsoft Money

    I am thinking of changing software from Bank Genie to Microsoft Genie - does anyone know if it is possible to import the data from Bank Genie to Money.
