Windows 10: I received a mail from Microsoft in Hindi

Today, I received a mail from Microsoft *** Email address is removed for privacy *** about terms of use.


But it's in Hindi and I don't understand it. Is there any way to ensure future communications are in English as I don't want to be in the wrong end of language when it comes to receiving login info in the mail?

Hindi Indic Input 2 not working in Microsoft edge!!!

Please follow the steps to add Hindi as a language.

        Go to Control Panel.

        Click on Clock, Language and region.

        Click on language.

        Click on Add a Language and add Hindi as language.

English is default language for my PC yet System data shows up in English, Hindi, and English+Hindi

• Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
• Is it happening with other account as well?

Meanwhile,I suggest you to uninstall the Hindi language pack and check if it helps.

To do so,please follow the steps below:

• Type settings in the search box.
• Click on time and language.
• Click on region and language.
• Under language right click on hindi and click on
  remove.

If you are trying to use Hindi font in your computer, you can install the Hindi keyboard on the computer by following the steps mentioned below:

1. Press and hold Windows key + I, to open
   Settings.
   
2. Click on Time & Language.
   
3. Click on Language.
   
4. Click on Add a language, select Hindi and click on
   Next.
