Virus alert from microsoft edge

just got an argent alert from Microsoft edge my computer is infected with a virus don't use or shutdown computer call 866/273/6507 is this legit?

I have received the message (windows system alert) call 1-866-538-6508

My laptop is in a blue screen with the full alert message on it. It instructs me to call the number listed. Is this a microsoft number and should I call?
