Discus and support I received a phone call today from "Windows Support" regarding hackers on my pc in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; I received a bind call today from "Windows" stating they have been notifying me regarding HACKERS have been on my pc and suggested i run eventvwr...     I received a phone call today from "Windows Support" regarding hackers on my pc


    I received a bind call today from "Windows" stating they have been notifying me regarding HACKERS have been on my pc and suggested i run eventvwr from my task manager to see how many errors occurred on my pc. i have Norton VPN block , they were trying to sell me something stating all hackers would be blocked on the windows server. I humor this for a few moments so I can put there out there not to trust any blind call. I clearly stated I was working and the timing was not good. I was given a call back number 509-505-0603 and ask for Jason badge # AB525. I am passing this on in an attempt to stop the blind phone calls.

    Your list confirms my phone is eligible, Lumia 521. The windows Insider App fails after ~ 15 seconds, restores data and gives me error 80073cf9. I trouble shot this and went thru all the steps mentioned on several websites including MS without any luck. Short of a hard reset, this is where I am now. Suggestions appreciated.

    When my phone fails to upgrade I just keep trying. One upgrade took 3 or 4 tries.
