Windows 10: I received an error logging in to Microsoft that my ivybench.com didn't exist in the system

    I received an error logging in to Microsoft that my ivybench.com didn't exist in the system


    If you can see this image you can see that Microsoft is saying my major email address doesn't exist in the system. I'm not totally locked out. There are other places I can login but Microsoft, for some reason, is bugging me by making me login often at different times. I would like to talk to someone at Microsoft who I can explain this problem and hopefully get it resolved. It has to do with .ivybench.com. only Microsoft has history on this not the community.
