    I received a gift from a co-worker, Minecraft. He bought it at Target. I entered the code from the receipt into Google play store. I see in my account where it is recorded, but we are not able to access the actual game on Windows 10. Help?

    Can you use a Microsoft gift card to buy apps on the Google Play Store?

    No. They’re two different platforms.

    You would have to purchase a Google Play gift card for use on the Google Play store.
